Cancellation, Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Best Deal Ongole, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

🕐 Order Cancellation

  • Order cancellations will be accepted only within 1 hour from the time of placing the order.

  • Once the order is processed or packed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

  • To cancel your order within the allowed time, please contact our support team immediately.

📦 Return & Exchange Policy

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item.

  • Claims for damaged or wrong products must be reported within 4 hours of delivery.

  • Video evidence showing the unboxing and product condition at the time of delivery is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

💳 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only if the product qualifies for return or cancellation under the above terms.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, eligible refunds will be issued through a preferred digital payment method as agreed upon with the customer.

  • Delivery charges, if any, are non-refundable.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for change of mind, taste preferences, or delayed delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • The decision of Best Deal Ongole regarding eligibility for return, exchange, or refund will be final and binding.
